Our most favorite home-made Guacomole Dip from old Hawaii Cook Book*:
Ingredients you'll need:
2 ripe avocados, mashed
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tomato, minced
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce [
Sunshine: we normally do not include the sause]
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. onion, minced
Pinch of garlic salt
Pinch of chili powder
"Combine all ingredients. Chill several hours or overnight. Makes about 1 1/2 cups of dip. (I put avocado, lemon juice and tomato in blender. Then add other ingredients.)
